Our Story

Chef Mark Kondo started his culinary career at the first Benihana in New York. After helping other Japanese concepts he visited his hometown Osaka, Japan and developed his secret recipe. In 2015 he started his food truck to bring the Yatai food culture to Arizona. He is dedicated to the craft of ramen The rest is history.

Ramen is not fast food! At least not here. Our ramen takes time, and we ask for your patience as we prepare what is sure to be the best bowl of soup you’ve ever had.
